Club Background
Kessingland Sea Sailing Club

2005 Information

Deuxieme Amour is in the South of France.

This again will be a very popular mooring and base so all members old and new will need to book early to make sure of their places at this popular destination. Rates are again the same as last year no increases! £550 per week high season and £500 early and late. She is also available as a houseboat for £150 per week if she is not booked for sailing. Bookings may be made only by approved skippers and all crew must be members of course.

Last year Explorer was in the Orwell for the Summer. This year it will be in Lowestoft.

We also hope to arrange a few sailing days for new skippers and crews to become familiar with her. If this is of interest please contact us.

All bookings accepted subject to club rules as written in the current year book. Members are reminded that this is a self-help club. The committee takes every care to ensure that the boats are in a safe and operable condition at all times, however the distances involved in the operation of these boats does mean that skippers may be asked to arrange maintenance tasks with local operatives or to perform minor tasks themselves.
